The transit hub acknowledges both, very different, ends of the site. The west end of the project opens up to expose the shoreline and buildings that line the coast. The opposite end reflects the daily commuters that utilize the public transportation, a low, wider profile entrance and exit allows for quicker movement through the building and site. Buses and trains hug either side of the main ticketing and central enclosed atrium space for ease of navigation. Form is derived from the convergence of people, transportation, and the interaction between them and the surrounding environment.
